Meeting Times:
One weeknight (TBA) per week 7:30-9:30pm and every Saturday from 12pm-4pm.
Our yoga program is 8 months long.
About Our Program:
Regeneration™ Yoga Teacher Training is designed for serious yoga practitioners interested in either deepening their practice or teaching yoga.
We believe that all people, all ages, all body types, all background, can benefit from yoga.
If you have passion and love for the practice of yoga, then this program is for you! As per Yoga Alliance Standards,
180 hours are "contact" hours spent in the presence of your instructor(s), and 20 hours will be "non-contact"(reading, attending classes, journal entries, etc).
What is Covered:
Basic, intermediate, and advanced yoga asana posture practice and study , modifications to the asanas, proper usage of yoga props, pranayama breathing practices, meditation and relaxation techniques, basic anatomy and Ayurveda, hands-on assisting and adjustment techniques, study of yoga philosophy and history, basic Sanskrit, chanting and mantras, study of the chakra system,
yogic lifestyle, teaching technique, the business of yoga, specialty yoga (prenatal, children’s, seniors) and yoga for special needs.
Requirements:
It is required that those interested have a minimum of 2 years of yoga experience.

Cost:
$2,800 if paid in full, $2,900 if paid through a payment plan.
This cost includes the Regeneration™ Yoga Teacher Training manual and 3 Regeneration™ DVDs.
Additional costs include 5 required books, a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, and a journal.
