The Regeneration Institute of Pilates- Classically Based Mat and Reformer Teacher Training

All of our Pilates programs take place at Onyx Mind Body Studio in Warren, NJ. Our goal is to train teachers to keep the tradition of Joseph Pilates and bring the correct form of Pilates to the mainstream population. A real Pilates teacher training should not be done in a weekend or two! The method is so much more than that.
